Why we exist

Banks close at five, won't buy your gold and turn a small loan into paperwork. We opened on King Street East to be the opposite: a counter you can walk up to, six days a week, where the person helping you knows the neighbourhood and tells you the price before you decide.

That's also why we publish every cost on this site and display our Ontario licence. Short-term lending only works when it's honest about what it costs, and we'd rather lose a loan than sell one that isn't right for you.
