Content on this site is general information about our services and about Ontario payday-loan rules. It is not legal or financial advice and it is not a loan offer. A loan exists only when you and we sign a written payday loan agreement, and that agreement, together with Ontario law, governs the loan. If anything on this site conflicts with your agreement or with information posted in our store, the agreement and the in-store posting prevail.
Applications
Submitting an online application does not guarantee approval and does not create any obligation until an agreement is signed. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and is your own. We may decline any application.
Your use of the site
