A note on risk. Bitcoin's price changes quickly and can fall as well as rise. Only buy what you can afford to lose, keep your wallet's recovery phrase safe, and never send Bitcoin to someone who asked you to pay them that way. That's a common scam.
Bitcoin ATM questions
Do I need an account?
You need a Bitcoin wallet (a free app such as Coinbase, Binance, Trust Wallet or any wallet that shows a receiving address). No account with us is required.
What are the fees?
FastBTC sets them, not us. The machine displays its fee and the exchange rate on screen before you confirm, so you always see the exact amount of crypto you'll receive before committing.
Is ID required?
Canadian anti-money-laundering rules apply to virtual-currency transactions. Depending on the amount, the machine may ask you to verify your phone number or identity before completing a transaction.
Can I sell Bitcoin and get cash from the machine?
No. The machine is for buying. FastBTC runs selling as a separate online process: you start a sell order on their site, send your Bitcoin, and they pay you by Interac e-Transfer. That's between you and FastBTC, not something we handle at the counter.
Which cryptocurrencies can I buy?
Bitcoin plus a range of others supported by FastBTC, including Ethereum, Solana, USDC, Litecoin, XRP and Dogecoin. The machine shows the current list on screen.
