Before you start, make sure you:
- Are 18 or older and live in Oshawa or the surrounding Durham Region
- Have been employed full-time for at least six months and are paid by direct deposit
- Have your government photo ID, latest paystub and proof of address handy. Once you’re at the counter we’ll also ask for a couple of months of bank statements and a further paystub or two, to confirm your deposits

What happens next
We review your application
During business hours (Mon–Fri 10–7, Sat 10–5). If anything is missing we'll call or email you.
We confirm and you sign
We walk you through the agreement and its cost, $14 per $100, and you sign in store or electronically.
You get your money
Interac e-Transfer to your account, or cash at the counter. Repayment is taken on your next pay date.
Applications submitted outside business hours are reviewed when we open. Submitting an application does not create a loan. Nothing is owed until you sign an agreement.
